Candidate services
Review any candidate charge on the service screen and its related agreement. This informational website does not accept payments or publish one price for all accounts.
Advance and commission
In the company flow, the advance and commission are separate items. Do not assume an advance is deducted from commission; review the amounts and terms for each stage.
Obligations after hiring
Employment may carry recurring obligations depending on the service and agreement. Accounting follows employee records and amounts due according to its permissions.
If a payment status is unclear
Do not immediately repeat the payment. Check the transaction record and wait for a status update or contact support with its reference, without sending card details. Financial rights and terms follow the applicable agreement; this guide does not create a new refund policy.
