Professional communication
Use Match for employment and professional communication with accurate information. Do not impersonate a person or organization, or post fraudulent jobs, documents or offers.
Prohibited content
Harassment, threats, bullying, hate speech, discrimination, sexual content, child exploitation, extortion, fraud, spam, unauthorized disclosure of private information, illegal content and violations of others’ rights are prohibited.
Files and consent
Upload only files you are authorized to use and share. Do not record others or share recordings beyond the purposes they agreed to. Some recruitment stages require documents or interview recordings; read the disclosure before consenting.
Reporting and review
Use conversation tools to report abusive content or behavior and block direct communication. Authorized staff review reports; violations may lead to content removal or account restrictions. A report is not automatic proof of a violation. Do not abuse reporting.
AI assistant
The assistant uses AI and may make mistakes. Do not rely solely on its responses for legal, medical or financial decisions. Do not send it passwords, payment-card details or identity documents. Report inappropriate responses from the conversation.

These use and content rules supplement the service terms and contracts shown during registration and recruitment. They do not replace service fee details, specific consents or the privacy policy.
